Wimba

Well, I just spent 3 hours researching Wimba on the web and I am very impressed with it.  We have some training coming up at BSC so I will try to attend.  What I like about Wimba is you can IM all your students and setup online office hours.

    Kyren,

    I'm glad to see that you used the blog created for our other class as did I, with a few updates.

    Last semester we used Wimba for class discussion a few times. I wasn't overly impressed with it because it was very slow and not nearly as fast as instant messenger even though it was the same concept. What else did you learn about it? I have never done any research on it.
